The Prize Lay System service, tips and results are owned and operated by Eddie McClung, all associated copyrights are reserved.

The Prize Lay System tipster in a box website, graphics and payment systems are provided under contract by Bluebell Data, all associated copyrights are reserved.

We make every effort to supply high quality tips, but we can not be responsible for any losses incurred by any persons using these tips.

Please, Please read this terms carefully it will save any confusion later on!

The Prize Lay System service is a monthly payment site, by joining you have agreed to these terms.

The service is operated on a 30 day charging period and starts from the day you completed your membership . You have the right to cancel your membership at any time but please note the following:

1. Your card will be charged: £27.97 (non refundable) on the day you completed your membership and £27.97 every 30 days for as long as you are a member.
   
   
2. If you do wish to cancel you can at any time, you are provided with a link when you join membership in the member's area. A simple link has been provided that will automatically take you to the cancel membership form.
   
   Please note though if you joined through Paypal you will have to log into your Paypal account to stop the subscription there.
   
   
3. 48 hours notice is required before your card is due to be charged.
4. Any monies already received cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless it is shown that your card was charged after you had given us 48 hours warning.
5. This is a Lay service.
   

This is a personal service and I am human so the following terms will also apply .

The service is run from Monday to Saturday (as long as there are selections)

I also have a commitment to take 2-4 weeks holiday a year like most other people.

I will of course try to inform members at their earliest convenience when these may be but please expect this to happen.

My commitment to you is to send you selections daily around 8am through the systems provided as long as the information we need is available by then. Selections will be available by RSS feed or a special betting bot.

Both the RSS feed and the member's area rely on computer technology and although we will do everything we can to make sure we have a continuous service, we can not be held responsible should one or both fail to perform.

We reserve the right at anytime to make changes to the way we show, deliver or select the tips.

Email
In these days of Spam filters it can be difficult to ensure we always get 100% delivery to all email addresses. Our e-mails are delivered by Getresponse.com or Aweber who both have an anti-spam certificate and one of the best delivery records on the net. That said it is up to you to make sure our e-mails are not blocked by your own spam filters or your supplier.

Remember gambling is risky and we cannot be held responsible for any losses you may incur while using this service.

All final prices are based on SP (Starting Price) and snapshot Betfair Prices

By becoming a member of Prize Lay System Service you agree to keep these tips exclusively to yourself and not share them in any way which includes posting them to user groups, transmitting them by email, charging for them or implying that you were the originator of the tip, except to place a bet with a authorized bookie or bet exchange.

If any member is found to be breaking this agreement they will immediately lose their membership and any payment we have already received.

We do not tolerate abuse of our service, the less people who know the better it will be for all of us, so we will make every effort to monitor all Newsgroups and tipping sites, many of which we are members.
